We are so grateful for the knowledge, guidance and skill of Keith and Carolyn with Brotherton Land Surveying (BLS). BLS was introduced to us by our home builder (Superior Custom Homes & Remodeling) when we needed to relocate our previously-approved SSDS Location Map and subdivide the land. Keith guided us along every step of the way. He provided a detailed overview of the process, kept us updated as to next steps, provided accurate turnaround times, answered questions we had (and we had a lot!) and navigated with expertise the thorny process of working with Williamson County Sewage Disposal Dept. Carolyn would go out of her way to meet us to drop off maps needing to get signed. In the process of working with BLS, Keith was able to reconfigure the SSDS Location Map in a way to get us approved for two more bedrooms than previously approved. Carolyn, Keith and the team at BLS really care about their clients. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Performed EXCELLENT work on marking an Easement through the midst of a historic multi-generational family location. This work included review of the Easement and Deeds that had been filed with the County decades ago, both of which included descriptions that were slightly conflicting and/or could have been described more concisely, along with an original family survey provided by the elder family member that had possibly never been filed with the County. Keith Brotherton suggested that the only way to resolve the situation was to bring all parties together, which in turn provided a family-owned original survey that turned out to be clear and concise showing the intended layout of the Easement in question, and left no doubt as to how the conflicting Easement descriptions in the county-filed Deeds and Easement should be read. Fine work by Brotherton Land Surveying!
